Delivery and handling charges
When you add an item to your basket, shipping and handling charges will be calculated by weight and displayed for your order when you "update".   These charges are calculated according to a combination  of factors including weight, size and delivery location.  Purchasing several items at one time saves on postage charges so as you add items and update your basket the revised calculation will appear.  You will always be able to see your total shipping charges as you are shopping and before you submit your order.

Delivery
In most cases your parcel will be dispatched within 24 business hours of your payment being received and cleared, however, depending upon the delivery location and postage method selected, please allow approximately 3 to 7 business days for your parcel to arrive at an address within Australia.  If by chance there is a delay in dispatching your parcel we will contact you.

Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post or via courier service.  Where possible, we highly recommend you choose the Registered Post option when selecting your delivery method as French Key cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancies that occur during transit. Using this method, your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours and, upon delivery, a signature will be required.   If no-one is home at the time, a card will be left in your letterbox advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.

Please note that you must thoroughly check your parcel for damage caused in transit PRIOR to signing for it. If the parcel is signed for and transit damage is evident, insurance is voided.  Please note that whilst we take great care with packaging, French Key cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancies that occur during transit.

International delivery
We dispatch via airmail to New Zealand, United Kingdom, U.S.A. and Canada. Delivery and handling charges to these destinations will be calculated once you have advised your delivery destination and prior to submitting your order.  For all orders shipped to New Zealand, U.S.A and United Kingdom insurance up to the value of AUD$100 is included within the shipping price and goods must be signed for upon receipt. French Key cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancies that occur during transit.

Please note that only credit card payments in AUD will be accepted. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery of international parcels.
