HOW TO ORDER

Placing an order with French Key is easy.  Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase and have added them to your basket, just follow the simple instructions which will guide you through the ordering process.

You can view your basket at any time to see exactly what you have selected and the value of your order (all prices are stated in $AUD and include GST).  You may add or remove items at any time up until you confirm your order.  Once you are happy with the contents of your basket you can proceed to checkout. At this stage you will be asked if you require gift wrapping and a gift card with a message.  If so, just fill out the details in the fields provided.   For information on how to order or redeem a Gift Voucher please see VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

If you are a member, your details will automatically appear on your order form when you place an order. However, for security reasons you will need to key in your payment details each time. Your details are sent to our server only and nowhere else. Please see PRIVACY POLICY and SECURITY for more information.

After you have supplied us with your details, such as name and address, you will then be asked nominate the method of payment you would like to use.  See PAYMENT OPTIONS for more details.  After entering your payment details you will be able to view a summary of your order and make adjustments, if necessary. To submit your order just click <process>.

Once your payment details have been accepted a confirmation email will be sent to your specified email address.  Please keep this email as a record of your order.  Your order will be sent to us for processing and you will receive your goods shortly.  See DELIVERY for more details.
