OVERSEAS ORDERS

We are happy to accept international orders from customers in New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

For orders placed outside Australia, we accept credit card payments only. Postage charges will be advised when you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for any postage or customs delays regarding the delivery of your goods, however, we guarantee to package your order with the utmost care and to dispatch it promptly.

Payment options
For orders placed outside Australia we accept online payment by credit card only (VISA, MasterCard and Diners). Your personal information is protected by SSL (secure sockets layer) with the highest level of encryption commercially available to ensure that your transaction is safe and secure.

It is important that you use the secure e-gateway system and do not send your credit card details via email. French Key will verify the credit card information you submit and will advise you by email when your payment, and therefore your order, has been accepted. Your products will be dispatched to you once payment has cleared into the specified French Key bank account. French Key reserves the right to decline any payment that is believed to be fraudulent.

Delivery
We dispatch via airmail to New Zealand, United Kingdom, U.S.A. and Canada. Delivery and handling charges to these destinations will be calculated once you have advised your delivery destination and prior to submitting your order. For all orders shipped to New Zealand, U.S.A and United Kingdom insurance up to the value of AUD$100 is included within the shipping price and goods must be signed for upon receipt. French Key cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancies that occur during transit.

Please note that only credit card payments in AUD will be accepted. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery of international parcels.
