How to Order a Gift Voucher
Ordering a gift voucher is just like ordering any other product. Add the voucher to your basket and at checkout we will ask you to enter a message which will appear in the complimentary gift card. It will appear exactly as you have written it so please double check your message before you place your order!
Our system allows for one Gift Voucher message per order, so if you need more than one please place each Gift-Voucher-with-message order separately. Alternatively, you can purchase one or as many Gift Vouchers as you need and have all the vouchers sent to your address within the one order. This way you can write your own personal message in each complimentary gift card and present or post the vouchers as you wish.
Gift Vouchers can also be sent electronically. Just specify this option and the email address at checkout. You may specify your recipients email address and include a message to be sent with the Gift Voucher, however we suggest you specify your own email address and then forward the voucher to the recipient yourself as emails from addresses not known to the recipient may in up in their "junk" folder.
Redeeming a Gift Voucher
To redeem a gift voucher just enter the Gift Voucher code (as shown on the voucher) in the field provided on your order form. These numbers must match within our system so make sure you key them in correctly.
If the Gift Voucher amount is more than the order amount, the remaining value can be put towards the next purchase. Just keep using the same voucher code until the whole amount is used. If the order amount exceeds the Gift Voucher amount the balance payable will be calculated and payment details will be requested to pay this amount.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Gift vouchers are are non-refundable and non-returnable
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of another gift voucher
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be reissued
No change can be given
Balance can be put towards the next order
